GENERAL HOME INSPECTION

A home inspection will provide you with a snap shot and peace of mind about the home you are about to purchase or sell. A visual inspection that will be from the foundation to the roof. A professional inspection that meets the standards and practices of ASHI and NACHI and thier code of ethics.I will generate a full computer report in an easy to understand format. Same day for residential and 3 to 5 days for larger commerical properties. The owner or a legal representative needs to be onsite for access, questions, payment and reviewing the report. The inspection generally take 2 to 4 hours depending on the scope and square footage of the property. My fees are settled before the inspection and payment is due before report is released. The scope of the inspection is visual and in no way can predicted the life span of any item inspected. The inspection can tell you the general condition of viewable items. Being a certified NACHI inspector I can give you a good picture of your property.
